Set a new goal for the year.

Setting a fresh long term goal will help guide your training for the year and will help you plan out any events or training clinics you want to go to. Set something achievable, and don’t forget to break it down into smaller bitesize goals that you can achieve throughout the year!

Don’t forget to check if you managed to achieve your goal for last year.
