I teach a variety of people – from beginners to advanced riders – and focus on position and ‘back to basics’ work for both horse and rider, to fix any underlying problems. I make each lesson as fun and engaging as possible, and explain the reasons behind everything I teach.
Furthermore, I am a firm believer in using poles in flat work, and often use cavaletti to improve rider and horse. I aim to teach technical jumping in an enjoyable manner but, most importantly, I tailor each lesson to the individual horse and rider so clients reach their goals and increase their confidence when riding.
I also offer ridden schooling for horses and ponies over 11hh and am experienced with youngsters and greenies so I’m happy to work with even the trickiest of equines!
I travel to clients – my prices are for within a 15-mile radius of my base (see range maps). I do travel further but additional mileage costs will be added to the price.
I offer competitive rates for private tuition and group tuition for up to four clients.
